Our process

How we work

Every engagement follows the same four-phase pattern. The scope, timeline, and depth vary — the discipline doesn't.

01

Discovery

We audit your current environment, understand your constraints, and agree on what good looks like. You get a written findings report.

02

Design

Architecture, sizing, networking, storage layout, backup design, HA strategy — all documented before anything is built.

03

Build

We deploy, validate, and test your environment against the accepted design. Nothing ships without passing acceptance criteria.

04

Operate

Ongoing management, monitoring, patching, and capacity planning. Or hand-off to your team with full documentation and knowledge transfer.

Why Instelligence

Built differently, on purpose

Most IT consultancies scale by adding layers — account managers, project managers, offshore delivery teams. We deliberately don't. Every Instelligence engagement is handled by senior engineers who understand infrastructure at depth.

That means fewer hand-offs, faster decisions, and an environment your team can actually understand and maintain after we've delivered.

Authorised Proxmox partner

We sell and support the full Proxmox stack — VE, PBS, PMG — as an authorised reseller with direct access to upstream support.

Senior engineers only

No graduates on production deployments. The engineer on your discovery call is the engineer who builds and supports your environment.

Written deliverables

Every engagement produces documentation — assessment reports, blueprints, runbooks, as-built docs. You own everything we produce.

Flat pricing, no surprises

We scope engagements clearly and price them honestly. If scope changes materially, we tell you before the bill arrives.

No obligation

Ready to talk?

Discovery calls are free, run by engineers, and take 30–45 minutes. If we can help, we'll say so. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
