Subscription editions

Proxmox ships four editions — Community, Basic, Standard, and Premium — licensed per physical CPU socket per year. We resell all four for Proxmox VE, Proxmox Backup Server (PBS), and Proxmox Mail Gateway (PMG). The software is the same across every edition; what changes is which package repository you can use and what upstream entitlement you get from Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH (their published policy, not ours). On top of the upstream subscription, every subscription purchased through Instelligence includes Level 1 support from our Australian engineers — triage, first-line troubleshooting, and escalation to Proxmox on your behalf when warranted. Higher-touch operations (proactive monitoring, patching, on-call) are available as a separate managed service.
