Every business has different infrastructure needs — whether you're an SME, a cloud service provider, or an MSP building a private cloud offering. Our design and deployment service starts with your workloads, your team, and your operating model — not a vendor's reference architecture.
We produce a signed-off design before a single cable is run, and we build to that design. You end up with a Proxmox VE estate that is yours, well-documented, and free of vendor lock-in.
What's included
Discovery & current-state assessment
VM inventory, resource profiling, existing network and storage topology, team capability, and operating model.
Cluster sizing & compute architecture
Node count, CPU/RAM sizing, HA quorum strategy, fencing design, and high-availability configuration.
Storage design
Ceph RBD/CephFS, ZFS (local and replicated), NFS, iSCSI — the right backend for each workload class.
Network & SDN design
VLAN segmentation, VXLAN overlays, BGP-EVPN, bonding/LACP, and Proxmox SDN configuration.
Proxmox Backup Server design
Backup repository layout, retention policies, encryption, offsite replication, and restore validation.
Documentation & runbooks
As-built docs, day-2 operational runbooks, and acceptance testing criteria — delivered at handover.
How we deliver it
Scoped design engagement
We run a structured discovery — whiteboard sessions, environment review, capacity modelling — and produce a detailed design document. You review and sign off before implementation starts.
Implementation
Build and configuration by our engineers, or by your team with our hands-on support. Either way, we track against the accepted design and document deviations.
Validation & handover
Structured acceptance testing, a knowledge transfer session with your team, and a fully documented as-built environment. You own everything — no lock-in to us.
